Do you charge extra to travel to some suburbs?

Most Melbourne suburbs listed on this page are included in our standard delivery and setup. Some outer areas, especially further south-east or towards Mornington and the CBD may have a small travel or bump-in fee depending on access and parking.

My suburb isn’t listed — can you still come out?

Yes. If you are in Melbourne or within driving distance, we can usually service it even if it is not listed. Tell us your venue name, suburb and date and we will confirm availability and delivery.

Do all locations get the same photo booth packages?

Yes. The same open-air, enclosed and 360 photo booth options are available across Dandenong, Berwick, Brighton, Melbourne CBD, South Yarra, Springvale, Doncaster, Brunswick and Frankston. In some venues the setup style may change due to space or power access.

Can you deliver to venues with tight access or loading docks?

Yes. We regularly work in CBD and inner-city venues that have loading docks, goods lifts and time-restricted bump-ins. Provide the venue's access instructions when booking so we can allocate the right setup time.

Do you already know the venues listed on this page?

We have serviced many of the venues mentioned, such as Alencia, The Grand on Princes, Brighton Savoy, Arcadia Hotel and Manningham Hotel. If your venue is new to us, we simply request the bump-in details before the event.

Can I book more than one service for the same suburb?

Yes. You can book a photo booth plus DJ and/or photography for the same location and date. This is common for weddings and corporate events in Melbourne and it keeps everything with one supplier.
