The Brief

A two-day launch with next-day delivery built in

The brief was to document the launch of Jungheinrich's new headquarters in south-east Melbourne across two event days. The finished gallery needed to work as both a record of an important company milestone and a practical corporate image library — covering the facility, staff, guests, stage, branding, ribbon cutting, products, demonstrations and candid interaction.

Speed was part of the brief. After day one, 100 fully edited photographs were selected, processed and delivered overnight so Jungheinrich's team could use fresh event imagery internally during the following day's program.

After day two, the remaining edit was completed to bring the project to 1,048 finished photographs delivered within three days.

Two Days · One Visual Story

Corporate photography that shows the whole launch

The strongest launch galleries do more than document the formalities. They show where the event happened, what the brand presented, who was there and how the day actually felt.

The Outcome

The turnaround mattered as much as the final gallery

The completed project included 1,048 edited high-resolution photographs, delivered within three days of the two-day event.

The more time-sensitive part happened between event days: 100 fully edited photographs from day one were delivered overnight, giving the Jungheinrich team a ready-to-use set for internal use during the following day's event.

For multi-day launches and corporate events, staged delivery means useful content can be in the client's hands while the event is still happening — without compromising the consistency of the final gallery.
